BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM 2012-2013

 

Guidelines

Before School Care Hours:  7:00 to 7:45 A.M. (Doors EL1, EL2, EL3, and EL7 will be open for the students arriving between 7:40 and 8:00 with no charge).  All Students arriving on campus before 7:40 A.M. must go to the Dining Hall, and will be charged for the Before School Care.

After School Care Hours:   3:20 to 6:00 P.M. for any student left on campus 

Kindergarten students who are not picked up by 12:10 will be charged an additional $6.00.           

Students who are still in the building at 3:20 will be sent to After School Care and will be billed and charged from 3:20 until they are picked up.   All students still in the building at 3:15 MUST go to After School Care.

The Before and After School Program is only for GCA students, not other children in the family, or outside of our school family.

Before and After School Rates

 

1 child                     2 or more children

7:00 to 7:45 A.M.  Flat rate of:           $7.00 per day                     $9.00 per day

3:20 to 4:30 P.M.  Flat rate of:           $8.00 per day                     $10.00 per day

3:20to 6:00 P.M. - Flat rate of:          $10.00 per day                   $12.00 per day

 

Below are After School Care Program rates for half days (not available on all half days).

Students are required to bring their own lunch on these days.

                                                12:00-3:00    $7.00 per family

                                                12:00-6:00    $12.00 per family

 

** A $5.00 late fee will be charged for every 15 min. segment of time per child after 6:00 P.M.

                 (Ex: 6:01 to 6:15 - $5.00 late fee; 6:16 to 6:30 - $10.00 late fee)

 

Parents will be billed weekly and all bills must be kept current in order for students to use the Before/After School Program.  For their safety, students must be signed out by their parents/guardians from After School Care.
